Our roaster runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, filling the street with the aroma of warming beans. We dial in every single batch to ensure an unhurried, balanced extraction in your cup.

By sourcing directly from single-origin farms, we respect the labor of the growers while refining our craft in rural Southern Utah.
